More then you would think. There are Titans here from other universes, as well as heroes who have taken the mantel of Titans for this world.

And more then enough unaffiliated heroes who would stand in the way of those of us who perform as we do.

Beware though, this world has rules to it that those who have been here longer understand. Rules that can be used to their advantage in battle. Emotions are the strongest power of all ironically considering this is a world made of data.

This however, is an offering of good will. The native monsters of this world are powerful. The power behind this worlds creation has weakened the strength and abilities of those from other worlds so that the monsters are stronger.
